酒文化在我国确是源远流长,中国文化一直是在酒的滋润下延续了五千年。如果说要写一本酒文化的书,那一定是一本鸿篇巨著。李裴先生工作之余写成的《酒文化片羽》,是我喜欢的一本酒文化随笔集。作者取名片羽,我想这体现了他对中国传统文化的敬畏,认为自己所知所写的不过是灿烂酒文化的一片羽毛。上下五千年的华夏文明史,随处可以闻到酒的清香。据有关史料分析统计,中国古今作家的作品中不涉及酒的,只是极少的例外;中国历代善饮者中,文
