This article describes a method for manufacturing bimetal strip and bearing steel and aluminum alloy. It is dominated by a steel backing and bonded to a layer of aluminum alloy by rolling it. The article describes the choice of steel back and aluminum alloy materials; the case of bonding the intermediate layer and brush floating; the determination of the mild temperature of the heating roller and other issues, and simply introduces the whole rolling process.
