目的：为了探讨前列腺素E1在治疗急性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法：分别设立治疗组与对照组，对治疗组给予前列腺素E1，两组患者均观察2周，按疗效制定标准判定疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为30％，好转率为50％，均高于对照组；而无变化情况占20％低于对照组。结论：应用前列腺素E1治疗急性肾功能衰竭．对于缩短其疗程起到了令人满意的效果。
Objective: To investigate the role of prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of acute renal failure. Methods: The treatment group and the control group were set up respectively, and the prostaglandin E1 was given to the treatment group. Both groups were observed for 2 weeks, and the curative effect was determined according to the standard of curative effect. Results: The cure rate was 30% and the improvement rate was 50% in the treatment group, both of which were higher than those in the control group. No change accounted for 20% of the control group. Conclusion: Prostaglandin E1 is used to treat acute renal failure. To shorten the course of treatment has played a satisfactory effect.
