干部作风直接体现党的宗旨,关系党的形象,也关系人心向背和事业成败。没有好的作风,就没有先进性、纯洁性可言。结合万荣县的具体情况,今年我们在全县开展了“作风优化年”活动,把干部作风建设作为保持党的纯洁性的突破口,加大作风整顿力度,坚决纠正精神懈怠、不思进取,能力不足、作风不硬,高高在上、脱离群众,贪图享受、消极腐败等不良倾向,使全县党员干部思想大解放、作风大改进、工作大突破、永葆先进性。
