随着改革开放的不断深入,经济的不断发展,贿赂犯罪呈现新的增长趋势,贿赂犯罪不仅侵犯了国家机关正常的管理秩序和公私财产所有权,而且严重的损害了国家工作人员职务上的廉洁性。本文拟从国家公职人员自身和社会这两个方面对其实施犯罪的原因进行分析,以期对当前所存在的国家公职人员的犯罪的治理有所帮助。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and continuous economic development, bribery crimes have shown a new trend of growth. Bribery crimes have not only violated the normal management order of state organs and the ownership of public and private properties, but also seriously damaged the integrity of national staff . This article intends to analyze the reasons for the crime committed by the state public servants themselves and the society in the hope of aiding in the current governance of crimes committed by state public officials.
