The internal cluster jettarget is being a standard device to perform in-ring experiments at HIRFL-CSRe. Now it can provide such as hydrogen, nitrogen, neon, argon, krypton targets for physical experiments[1]. To meet the requirements of the experiment, a high precision power supply is installed in the cluster source to accurately control the temperature of the nozzle, which is the main factor to affect target thickness[2]; the software of the control system is optimized to be more stable.
