眼外伤是军人视力损害的主要原因之一[1],防治眼外伤是军队卫勤保障的重要内容[2-4]。海军海勤人员是一个特殊群体,常年在舰艇上工作及生活[5-6],受职业和环境等因素的影响,其眼外伤具有不同于其他群体的流行病学特点[7]。为了有针对性地制定预防与控制眼外伤的策略,我们对2011年7月—2014年6月来我院诊治的海军海勤人员眼外伤72例(79眼)临床特点进行了回顾性分析。现报告如下。
Eye injury is one of the main causes of military vision damage [1], prevention and treatment of eye injuries is an important part of military medical support [2-4]. The Navy’s seafarers are a special group who work and live on ships all the year round [5-6]. Their ocular trauma has epidemiological characteristics different from those of other groups due to occupational and environmental factors [7]. In order to make a targeted strategy to prevent and control eye injuries, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of 72 eyes (79 eyes) of the Navy’s marine crew from July 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital. The report is as follows.
