耐久跑是初中体育教学的主要内容之一,也是历年体育中考的传统项目。它是一项身体锻炼价值很高的运动,既能增强学生耐力素质,又能锻炼他们的意志力。并且无论是从学生机能提高方面来说,还是从学生升学成绩方面来说,耐久跑项目都必须引起足够的重视。在练习过程中如果没有好的教学组织方法,想达到理想的效果是不太可能的。况且现在的大部分学生生活条件优越,极少经过艰苦磨炼,缺乏吃苦精神,对耐久跑基本没兴趣。针对这一现象,体育教师必须对此作出必要的分析,从实际的教学过程中寻找耐久跑学习中学生消极情绪产生的原因及对策。
Durable running is one of the main contents of junior middle school physical education teaching, and it is also a traditional item of physical education exam in previous years. It is a sport of high value for physical exercise. It can not only enhance the endurance of students, but also exercise their willpower. And whether it is from the perspective of improving student function, or from the perspective of student achievement, the durable running project must pay sufficient attention to it. If you do not have good teaching methods during the practice, it is not possible to achieve the desired effect. Moreover, most of the students now living in excellent conditions, rarely through hard work, lack of hardship, and basically have no interest in durable running. For this phenomenon, the physical education teacher must make necessary analysis to this, from the actual teaching process to find the causes and countermeasures of the negative emotions of the middle school students.
