随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对电力资源的需求越来越大。传统的电力工程项目已经不能满足人们的日常用电需求。相关电力企业应该重视对电力工程项目的前期管理,以提高电力企业的市场竞争力。作者通过对电力工程项目前期管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以期提高我国电力工程项目管理水平,促进我国电力企业又好又快的发展。
With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards, people’s demand for electric power resources is getting bigger and bigger. Traditional power projects have been unable to meet people’s daily electricity needs. Relevant electric power enterprises should pay attention to the pre-management of electric power engineering projects so as to enhance the market competitiveness of electric power enterprises. The author analyzes the problems existing in the pre-management of power engineering projects and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the management level of China’s power engineering projects and promote the sound and rapid development of China’s power enterprises.
