长期以来，我们的政府都在竭力强调“公民依法纳税的义务”，而没有意识到纳税人在履行了义务之后应当享有的各种权利。近几年终于有所认识了，但离真正的落实还差得很远。在税收征收管理中，还到处存着在对纳税人权利肆意“奸杀”的行为，比如税收政策的制定和落实上就有很多问题。所以，社会在迫切呼唤政府观念的更新转变，呼吁政府及所有公务人员尽快树立“税收为经济发展服务”的意识。
For a long time, our government has been trying hard to emphasize “citizens’ obligation to pay taxes according to law,” without realizing the various rights that taxpayers should enjoy after fulfilling their obligations. In recent years, I finally got to know it, but it is still far behind from the real implementation. In tax collection and administration, there are still many acts of wantonly “raping and killing” taxpayers’ rights, such as the formulation and implementation of tax policies. Therefore, the society urgently calls for the renewal and transformation of the concept of government and urges the government and all public officials to establish the awareness of “tax revenue for economic development” as soon as possible.
