目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定尿中铊的分析方法。方法用0.1%曲拉通稀释尿样,以硝酸钯为基体改进剂消除干扰,用工作曲线法定量,石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定尿中的铊。结果铊在0.0~50.0μg/L线性良好,相关系数为0.999 0,方法检出限0.12μg/L,高中低尿样铊含量日内精密度分别为2.1%、3.7%、3.3%,回收率97.6%~103.1%。结论用硝酸钯为基体改进剂,尿样经适当稀释,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接进样测定,该方法简单快速、精密度和稳定性很好,可以满足急慢性铊中毒者尿中铊含量的测定,为诊断和治疗提供参考依据。
Objective To establish a method for the direct determination of thallium in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The urine sample was diluted with 0.1% Triton and the interference was removed by using palladium nitrate as the matrix modifier. The amount of thallium in the urine was determined directly by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with a working curve method. Results Thallium showed a good linearity from 0.0 to 50.0 μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 0 and a detection limit of 0.12 μg / L. The intra-day precision of thallium in high and low urine samples was 2.1%, 3.7% and 3.3%, respectively. The recovery rate was 97.6 % ~ 103.1%. Conclusion With palladium nitrate as matrix modifier, the urine samples were directly diluted by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with appropriate dilution. The method is simple, rapid, precise and stable, and can meet the urinary thallium content of acute and chronic thallium poisoning Determination, provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment.
