利用数值分析法研究了初始裂纹长度、应力与应力比对常用结构钢Q235裂纹扩展特性及剩余寿命的影响,提出了基于初始裂纹长度与载荷的结构损伤容限分析方法,弥补了传统S-N曲线设计方法的不足,对含裂纹结构的寿命预测与维修周期的确定有指导意义。
The effect of initial crack length, stress and stress ratio on the crack propagation properties and residual life of Q235 steel was studied by numerical analysis. A structural damage tolerance analysis method based on initial crack length and load was proposed to compensate for the traditional SN curve design The insufficiency of the method is instructive for the life prediction and maintenance cycle of cracked structures.
