在光镜下难以将巨核细胞性白血病的原始细胞与其它急性白血病的原始细胞,特别是小原淋细胞相区别。血小板过氧化物酶(PPO)出现在巨核细胞系早期,而且有特异性。此酶只有在电镜下才能观察到。本文用预固定法显示PPO,阳性率高,简便可靠,并初步诊断了一例巨核细胞性白血病。PPO方法可以早期诊断巨核细胞性白血病,对鉴别其它急性白血病有重要意义。
It is difficult to differentiate the blasts of megakaryoblastic leukemia cells from those of other acute leukemias, especially small prion cells, under light microscopy. Platelet peroxidase (PPO) occurs early in the megakaryocyte cell line and is specific. This enzyme is only observed under electron microscopy. In this paper, pre-fixation method showed PPO, high positive rate, simple and reliable, and a preliminary diagnosis of a case of megakaryoblastic leukemia. The PPO method can diagnose megakaryoblastic leukemia early and is of great significance in differentiating other acute leukemias.
