在ICU病房,监测是治疗危重病人的基本部份。现代科学技术为我们提供了许多复杂的监测和治疗仪器,包括ECG、有创血压计、光纤Swan-Ganz导管、呼吸流量计、呼气末CO_2分析仪和脉搏血氧仪等。现代技术虽能使我们获得危重病人的详细病理生理资料,但却增加了医护人员工作的复杂性,也使ICU患者感到越来越不舒适。幸好无创监测的发展已成趋势,它所记录的各种生理学参数与有创监测的精确度可以相媲美。
In the ICU ward, monitoring is an essential part of treating critically ill patients. Modern science and technology provide us with many complex monitoring and treatment instruments, including ECG, invasive sphygmomanometer, optical Swan-Ganz catheter, respiratory flow meter, end-tidal CO_2 analyzer and pulse oximeter. Although modern technology enables us to obtain detailed pathophysiological data of critically ill patients, it increases the complexity of the work of medical staff and also makes the patients in ICU feel uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the development of non-invasive monitoring has become a trend, it records the various physiological parameters and the accuracy of invasive monitoring can be comparable.
