古今汉语一脉相承，现代汉语是从古汉语发展演变而来的。现代汉语语词中包含大量古语素，这些语素 融入现代汉语，成为现代汉语有机组成部分。这种融入的明显标志集中体现在含古语素的现代沿用或常 用的成语中。贯通古今的大型汉语语文辞书、现代汉语词典以及各种成语词典不可避免地涉及古语素的 解释问题。辞书编纂者的古汉语文字、音韵、训诂的素养决定了他们对古语素解释的水平，也直接影响 辞书的质量。本文结合各类辞书对成语中古语素的解释，从正反两方面揭示古语素解释的必要性和重要 性。也从而探索古语责解释的方式方法、经验教训以及规律。
Ancient and modern Chinese have the same strain, and modern Chinese evolved from the ancient Chinese. Modern Chinese words contain a large number of ancient morphemes, which integrate into modern Chinese and become an integral part of modern Chinese. The obvious sign of such integration is embodied in the modern usage or commonly used idioms containing ancient morphemes. Throughout ancient and modern large Chinese language dictionaries, modern Chinese dictionaries and various idioms dictionaries inevitably involve the interpretation of ancient morphemes. The dictionaries of ancient dictionaries, rhymes and exegesis of dictionaries determine their level of interpretation of ancient morphemes and their direct impact on the quality of dictionaries. Based on the explanation of the ancient morphemes in various dictionaries, this article reveals the necessity and importance of the interpretation of the ancient morphemes from both positive and negative aspects. It also explores the ways, methods, experiences, lessons and laws of the explanation of ancient language.
