为了应对复杂多变的生产环境,保证安全生产,煤矿会保持一定的安全资源冗余。针对煤矿安全资源冗余的最优配置问题,首先通过引入效用函数,确定煤矿的安全效用函数;其次将煤矿安全资源冗余作为决策变量,煤矿安全效用最大化作为目标函数,以煤矿安全水平及资源冗余总量作为约束条件,构建煤矿安全资源冗余配置模型;最后通过实证分析验证模型的有效性。研究结果对提高煤矿安全效用与安全水平具有重要的现实意义。
In order to cope with the complex and ever-changing production environment and ensure safety in production, coal mines will maintain certain redundancy of safety resources. According to the optimal configuration of coal mine safety resource redundancy, the utility function of coal mine is firstly introduced through the introduction of utility function. Secondly, redundancy of coal mine safety resource is taken as decision variable and maximization of safety effectiveness of coal mine is taken as objective function. Resource redundancy as a constraint to build a redundant configuration model of coal mine safety resources; and finally verify the validity of the model through empirical analysis. The research results have important practical significance to improve the safety and safety of coal mines.
