本文通过对威海市19家医院医用诊断X射线机的质量控制测试,发现医用诊断X射线机运行技术参数合格率偏低。测试结果表明峰值电压合格率为30%;曝光时间合格率为50%;荧光屏比亮度合格率为57.1%;高对比分辨率合格率为84.6%;低对比分辨率合格率为84.6%;输出量及其重复性合格率为40%;线束对准及准直合格率为75%。我们认为这7项技术参数决定医用诊断X射线机运行质量,有一项不合格就可视为其质量不合格。建议有关部门尽快制定这方面的标准,加强管理。
In this paper, 19 hospitals in Weihai, medical diagnostic X-ray quality control testing and found that medical diagnostic X-ray machine technical parameters of the pass rate is low. We think these seven technical parameters determine the quality of medical diagnostic X-ray machine operation, there is a failure can be regarded as unqualified quality. It is suggested that relevant departments formulate standards in this area as soon as possible to strengthen management.
