海螵蛸又叫鸟贼骨、墨鱼骨,是制酸、止血的常用中药,本品入药均要求去壳。由于甲壳很容易被剥离,所以多采用刀片、竹尖等撬剥的方法去壳。这种去壳法虽然简便易行,但效率很低,而且骨质损耗较多。我们根据海螵蛸的甲壳质硬脆,其骨质则疏松易碎的性质,采用碾压过筛的方法去壳,效果满意,既提高了生产效率,又减少了骨质损耗。现介绍于下: 工具:铁碾船、铁碾或石碾,60目筛网。方法:根据碾船、铁碾或石碾的容量,取适量海螵蛸进行碾压,碾压至无明显的可见粗粒时取出,用60目筛网过筛,通过筛网的细粉即为骨质部分供药用,而甲壳呈碎片状不能通过筛网,弃去。效果:手工撬剥法去除的甲壳占海螵蛸总重量的41%,而本法去除的甲壳只占总重的32%。经对比,本法去壳比手工撬剥法去壳提高工效8倍多。

Since shells are easily peeled off, they are often peeled using blades, bamboo tips or the like. Although this method of shelling is simple and easy, it has low efficiency and more bone loss. Based on the hard and brittle nature of the jellyfish’s chitin, we found that the bone was loose and brittle, and it was peeled off by rolling and sieving. Effect: The carapace removed by manual rake stripping accounted for 41% of the total weight of the oystercatcher, while the shell removed by this method only accounted for 32% of the total weight. By comparison, shell removal by the present method is more than 8 times more efficient than shelling by hand.
