目的:观察社区综合康复治疗对脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法:运用综合康复治疗方法对20例脑瘫患儿进行康复治疗。结果:治疗后患儿粗大运动功能及手功能均有明显改善,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合康复治疗对脑瘫患儿运动功能恢复有明显改善作用,脑瘫患儿应尽早接受综合康复治疗。
Objective: To observe the effect of community comprehensive rehabilitation on motor function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Using comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of 20 children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation. Results: After treatment, the gross motor function and hand function of children were significantly improved, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation of community rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy significantly improved motor function, children with cerebral palsy should be comprehensive rehabilitation as soon as possible.
