近年来,我们针对非公有制企业民兵建设的需要,加强探索和尝试,逐步摸索出了一条路子。 一、大力加强企业党组织建设。非公有制企业党的组织是民兵组织赖以存在的基础和条件。因此,积极配合地方党委和组织部门,抓好非公有制企业党的组织建设工作,是摆在人武部门面前的一项紧迫而现实的任务。要认真搞好调研,提出建议,当好参谋。同时,要主动地搞好协调,力争在建立企业党组织的同时建立民兵组织。
In recent years, we have made efforts to explore and try our best to meet the needs of the militia building of non-public-owned enterprises and gradually find a way out.
