走进大港石化,整个厂区整洁、清新、有序,一排排化工装置闻不到任何异味,对于一家年炼油能力达到500万吨的石油化工企业来说,不是件容易的事儿,需要从“内功修炼”做起。大港石化作为中石油的一个典型案例,是老国企地方化的一个具体缩影。大港石化在履行老国企责任贡献与迎接市场挑战之间,重塑了中石油的企业文化战略体系,同时也走出一条国企地方化的特色之路。这条路的最大特色就是对于绿色环保的重视与创新,构建了石化企业背后的绿色环保带。
