目的应用脑深部电极监测方法评价抗癫药物对脑深部核团脑电图的影响。方法对3例顽固性癫病人行脑深部电极植入,服用左乙拉西坦后进行持续脑电图监测。应用脑电图定量分析服用药物后的脑电功率变化。结果左乙拉西坦对脑深部脑电图有明显抑制作用,对起源灶的抑制作用更明显,服用药物后1~3h即表现出下降趋势,而在停药后存在反跳现象。结论用脑深部电极监测方法可直接监测抗癫药物对脑深部脑电图的影响,同时应用脑电功率定量检查方法可评价抗癫药物的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of antiepileptic drugs on the EEG of deep brain nucleus by deep brain electrode monitoring. Methods Three patients with intractable epilepsy were implanted with deep brain electrodes. After taking levetiracetam, continuous electroencephalography was performed. Electroencephalogram quantitative analysis of changes in brain electrical power after taking drugs. Results Levetiracetam significantly inhibited the deep brain electroencephalogram (EEG) and had a more pronounced inhibitory effect on the origin foci. The levodocetin showed a decreasing trend at 1 to 3 hours after drug administration, while rebound phenomenon occurred after drug withdrawal. Conclusion The method of deep brain electrode monitoring can directly monitor the effects of anti-epileptic drugs on deep brain electroencephalogram, and evaluate the effect of antiepileptic drugs by quantitative examination of brain electrical power.
