关于小型棒状杆菌刺激淋巴网状系统、抗病毒抗肿瘤作用的化学成分,许多研究者已有报导,一般认为用机械、噬菌体或自身裂解所得到的细胞壁或其碎片,会部分或全部丧失其刺激活性。本文作者用P._(acnes) Ⅰ型菌株,应用化学方法及酶处理方法,取代了机械性或噬菌体裂解的方法,纯化细胞壁,并对其进行生化及生物学鉴定。小捧菌先用酚水液提取后得到一种既不溶于水也不溶于酚的白色沉淀物——酚水不溶性沉淀物(PWIR),它是原始物(未经纯化处理的小棒菌)重量的50%。电镜观察,此沉淀物由完整菌和部分或完全释放了胞浆
Many researchers have reported that the chemical constituents of Corynebacterium parvum to stimulate the lymphatic reticular system and antiviral and antitumor effects have been reported to generally or partially lose their stimulation by mechanical, phage or self-cleavage of the cell wall or its fragments active. The authors used P. acnes type I strains to purify the cell wall by chemical and enzymatic methods instead of mechanical or phage lysis and to identify them biochemically and biologically.
