愈痹丸能明显抑制性剂性关节炎，降低关节炎指数，对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀均有明显的抑制作用，能够减少单位时间内小鼠扭体次数，急性毒性实验测不出ＬＤ_(５０)，最大耐受量为成人剂量的１００倍，７天内动物全部存活，说明愈痹丸毒副作用小。
Yuyinwan can obviously inhibit the arthritis of arthritis, reduce the arthritis index, have obvious inhibitory effect on xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and carrageenan-induced paw swelling in rats, and can reduce the twist of mice per unit time. In terms of body frequency and acute toxicity test, LD_(50) could not be measured. The maximum tolerated dose was 100 times adult dose and all animals survived within 7 days, indicating that Yuyinju had less side effects.
