在党的三中全会精神指引下,我厂近几年来生产持续稳定增长,年年超额完成国家计划。今年以来,在奖金比去年四季度减少58%的情况下,生产仍取得较好成绩。到五月份为止,水泥比去年同期增长8.2%;利润比去年同期增长30.2%。近年来我厂生产的不断发展,除与加强企业管理,实行奖金制度有关外,一个更重要的因素是加强了企业的思想政治工作。
Guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Party, the production of our plant has enjoyed sustained and steady growth in recent years and surpassed the national plan every year. Since the beginning of this year, production has still achieved good results with a bonus decrease of 58% over the fourth quarter of last year. As of May, cement increased by 8.2% over the same period of last year; profit increased by 30.2% over the same period of last year. In recent years, the continuous development of our factory production, with the strengthening of business management, the implementation of the bonus system, a more important factor is to strengthen the ideological and political work of enterprises.
