女,41岁,因右侧腰痛4年,于1995年6月20日入院。病人4年来反复出现右侧腰部钝痛,劳累时加重。无血尿及尿频、尿急、尿痛,无发热及尿液浑浊等。查体:一般情况好。心肺均未见异常。腹部未及肿块,右肾区有轻微叩痛。血、尿常规及肾功能检查无异常。Ｂ超示:右肾增大,于上极偏
Female, 41 years old, admitted to hospital on June 20, 1995 because of right lower back pain for 4 years. 4 years the patient repeatedly showed dull waist on the right side, tired when tired. No hematuria and frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, no fever and urine turbidity. Physical examination: the general situation is good. No abnormal heart and lung. Abdominal mass and no, right kidney area has a slight percussion pain. No abnormal blood, urine and renal function tests. B ultrasound showed: increased right kidney, on the extreme side
