英国新的电梯条例于2016年12月8日起正式实施,该条例由欧盟2014年颁布的电梯指令转化而来。本文在介绍其的颁布背景和立法特点的基础上,主要阐述的是该条例中涉及的电梯安装商这一经济行为人所应负的责任和义务。旨在为研究技术性法规的立法经验和我国电梯设备出口欧盟成员国提供相关参考。
The new British elevator regulations came into effect on December 8, 2016. The regulation was transformed from the European Union’s elevator directive issued in 2014. On the basis of introducing the promulgation background and the characteristics of legislation, this article mainly expounds the responsibilities and obligations of the elevator installer involved in the regulation. The purpose is to provide relevant references for the legislative experience of technical regulations and the export of China’s elevator equipment to EU member states.
