铁道部戚墅堰机车车辆工厂在最近几个月内推行用合脂代替桐油作为铸钢件坭芯粘结剂,取得了很大成就。该厂生产的铸钢件如车钩、箱轴等的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级坭芯,已全部用合脂坭芯砂制造,对合脂砂的工艺性能已能稳定地掌握,铸件完全没有因坭芯不良而造成缺陷。现将该厂经验简介如下:(1)合脂处理:装有搅拌机,将合脂稀释液充分搅拌均匀,保证简易粘度在15~45秒之间。(2)用无锡人工砂和细石英粉来掌握原砂颗粒度的大小和分布,充分发挥合脂的有效粘结作用,既保证了工艺性能,又减少了白坭加入量。配方和控制的工艺性能如下:4号石英砂100公斤,5号石英砂275公斤,6号石英粉125公斤,合脂20公斤,白坭18公斤;湿强度1.3~1.9磅/吋~2,湿度1.2~1.5%,透气性大于100,干强度大于70磅/吋~2。(3)采用专用混砂机及有关秤量具。混砂时间共计25分钟左右,然后静止4小时以上,以免发生热
