巴波夫平差法是苏联巴波夫教授所创始的。这种方法在多边形平差和水准纲平差中是很适用的,它主要是用在独立的自由纲的形式上,即在一个图形系统中,只有一个已知点的时候。目前我们的鑛区里水准方面正好适合这种情况,即在我们的鑛区里,可由国家铁路系统、水利系统,或全国性水准系统纲上引来做为基准的一个水准点,依此展开这一鑛区的水准测量,以应建设和采作业的需要。下面这篇文章说明了巴波夫平差法的优越性、使用方法、使用场合以及其现实的使用意义,其中的第三个例子是某校在某地区实习的实例。
