目的 :观察恩丹西酮 (OND)对顺铂 (DDP)所致呕吐的预防效果和合理的止吐方案。方法 :对2 4 0例接受含DDP方案化疗的患者 ,观察对比OND单用和联用地塞米松 (DXM ) ,以及胃复安联用DXM ,对DDP的止吐疗效。结果 :OND联用DXM组的有效率高达 94 .0 % ,与OND单用组 ( 88.2 % )相似 ,且每日 1次给药也能取得较满意疗效 ,均明显高于胃复安加DXM组 ( 35.1% )。结论 :ONP联用DXM每日 1次给药的止吐方案 ,对预防DDP所致呕吐疗效较满意 ,且经济实用
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of ondansetron (OND) on cisplatin (DDP) -induced vomiting and a reasonable antiemetic regimen. Methods: 240 cases of patients receiving chemotherapy with DDP regimen were compared with OND alone and combined with dexamethasone (DXM), and metoclopramide combined with DXM, antiemetic efficacy of DDP. Results: The effective rate of OND combined DXM group was 94.0%, which was similar to that of OND group (88.2%), and the satisfactory effect was also obtained when administered once daily, which were significantly higher than that of DXM plus DXM Group (35.1%). Conclusion: ONP combined with DXM once-daily antiemetic regimen is more satisfactory for the prevention of vomiting caused by DDP and is economical and practical
