行业协会在社会主义市场经济体制中的地住越来越突出,发挥着不可替代的作用。北京市政府2006年颁布了《关于行业协会发展和改革的意见》,今年5月国务院办公厅又颁布了《关于加快推进行业协会商会改革和发展的若干意见》,进一步强调了行业协会改革发展的指导思想和总体要求,阐述了行业协会的职能,指出了行业协会体制机制改革的紧迫性。回顾北京印刷协会的发展历程,使我们对国家的行业协会政策有了更深刻的认识。
Industry associations are increasingly prominent in the socialist market economic system and play an irreplaceable role. In 2006, the Beijing Municipal Government promulgated the Opinions on the Development and Reform of Trade Associations. In May this year, the General Office of the State Council promulgated a number of Opinions on Speeding up the Reform and Development of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Trade Association, further emphasizing the reform and development of trade associations Guiding ideology and overall requirements, set forth the functions of trade associations, and pointed out the urgency of reforming the institutional mechanisms of trade associations. Recalling the history of Beijing Printing Association, so that we have a more profound understanding of the national industry associations policy.
