本文对中长绒陆地棉育种研究进行了系统总结 ,论述了取得的主要进展和采取的主要方法与途径。140系和 91— 19系的 2 .5%跨长分别达到 33.5和 32 .4 ,比强度分别达到 2 5.2和 2 6.5g/tex。认为在优质性尤其纤维长度和强度上取得了较大进展。提出利用优质材料的剩余遗传变异进行系选、陆海杂交组合 F1辐射诱变选育及多个亲本复交配合回交 ,进行轮回选择等优质中长绒棉育种方法。这些方法在同步改良丰产性、优质性、抗病性以及打破它们之间的关系上效果明显
This article systematically summarizes the studies on the breeding of upland cotton with long and medium cashmere, and discusses the main progress made and the main methods and approaches taken. The 2.5% of 140 and 91-19 lines reached 33.5 and 32.4 respectively, and the specific intensities reached 5.22 and 6.55 g / tex, respectively. Considerable progress has been made in the quality, especially in fiber length and strength. This paper proposed the breeding of high quality medium and long-staple cotton by using the remaining genetic variation of high-quality materials for selection and breeding, the combination of land-sea hybrid F1 radiation mutagenesis and multiple parental mating and backcrossing. These methods are effective in synchronizing improvements in high yield, good quality, disease resistance, and breaking the relationship between them
