关于新生儿体重、身高、胸围等生长指标,最近几年,国内做了大量调查,但我省资料报道较少,为进一步加强围产期新生儿保健工作,积累基础资料,作为今后工作的对比和参考,现将本院婴儿室最近一年来的新生儿记录,整理分析如下: 一、研究方法 1、资料来源:本院婴儿室1982年11月至1983年12月1214例正常分娩活产新生儿记录,删除其中低出生体重儿82例,实际统计1132例。各项指标均在出生后24小时内测量。 2、测量方法:根据我院现有条件,参照1975年我国正常儿童青少年体格发育调查研究实施方案。体重:用婴儿专用磅秤,准确读数至10克。
