采用回顾性调查方法,对黄河支流———蟒河污染区及对照区居民进行了10万人年的死因回顾性调查。结果显示:2区人群在总死亡率、死因顺位和年龄别死亡率等方面差异无显著性;污染区男性恶性肿瘤死亡率高于对照区,但差异无显著性;污染区女性恶性肿瘤(以食管癌为主)及呼吸系统疾病死亡率高于对照区,差异有显著性。这表明虽然蟒河污染对沿岸居民总体死亡水平尚未造成影响,但已对恶性肿瘤的发生起到了促进作用
A retrospective survey was conducted to investigate the cause of death of 100,000 tributaries of the Yellow River tributary - the python river and the control area. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total mortality, the cause of death and the age-specific mortality. The mortality rate of male malignant tumor in the contaminated area was higher than that in the control area, but the difference was insignificant.
