腐蚀性能测量技术是发展汽车预涂钢板的基础。目前,常用的各种试验方法包括:野外测量、监测车试验、试验场试验、车辆曝晒试验、车上及车下试验、Volvo试验和实验室试验。模拟性周期腐蚀试验(CCT)通常在试验室进行。因此,无论做何种CCT试验之前,必须对车中局部气候、腐蚀机理,以及环境因素有清楚的认识。CCT考虑的主要因素有:盐渍、温度、湿度、湿/干此和周期频率。此外,各因素所涉及的浸水、紫外线幅射及空气中的污染也不容忽视。表面测量包括油漆附着力、水中湿附着和紫外线照射下的油漆退化。进行CCT试验时,建议将冷轧板、一定锌层重量的镀锌板和其它试样一起作比较试验,以确定这些钢板的腐蚀寿命。
