中国天然气价格的市场化改革再次迈出实质性步伐。国家发展和改革委员会(以下简称发改委)2014年8月12日宣布,决定自2014年9月1日起调整非居民用存量天然气门站价格,居民用气价格不做调整。同时明确全面放开进口液化天然气和非常规天然气价格。中国将推动能源生产和消费革命作为长期战略。强调要推动能源体制革命,还原能源商品属性,构建有效竞争的市场结构和市场体系,形成主要由市场决定能源价格的机制。发改委有关负责人表示,这次非居民用存量气价格调整是中国分步理顺存量天然气价格的第二步。
The market-based reform of natural gas prices in China once again taken substantial steps.
