目的:研究附子的化学成分。方法:通过反复硅胶柱色谱和重结晶的方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离得到9个化合物,分别为美沙乌头碱(1)、海帕乌头碱(2)、宋果灵(3)、去氢松果灵(4)、一枝蒿乙素(5)、penduline(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(9)。结论:化合物5,6,8,9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of aconite Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structure was identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as mesaconitine (1), carpaconitine (2), songguling (3), desopamorinol (4), etophenbutol (6), β-sitosterol (7), daucosterol (8) and glycerol monopalmitate (9). Conclusion: Compounds 5, 6, 8 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
