采用移动条技术超分割照射方法配合顺氯氨铂(顺铂)化疗增敏治疗原发性肝癌16例。牛年生存率为81.25％(13/16);1年生存率为31.25％(5/16),中位生存期7个月。对不能切除的Ⅱ期原发性肝癌,该法是一种有效的治疗手段。并对治疗方法,放射治疗剂量—时间因子等进行了初步探讨。
Ultra-segmented irradiation with mobile bar technique was used in combination with cisplatin (chemotherapy) for sensitization in 16 patients with primary liver cancer. The year-on-year survival rate was 81.25% (13/16); the 1-year survival rate was 31.25% (5/16), and the median survival period was 7 months. For unresectable stage II primary liver cancer, this method is an effective treatment. The treatment methods and radiation dose-time factors were discussed.
