心力衰竭的治疗,仍是临床上经常遇到的急症处理问题之一。治疗心力衰竭,应该是在发现有心力衰竭的先兆时,即能及时地采取措。不然,心力衰竭已经明显出现,或在最后阶段时再予以治疗,就往往会因心力已经衰退到耗“竭”将尽的时候,而很难再有显效的治疗方法。所以严格地说,“心力衰竭(Heart failure)”这个名词,从临床和治疗角度来考虑,还应当是以“心功能不全”或“心力衰退”等名词较为符合实际。但目前临床习惯应用“心力衰竭”这个名词。心力衰竭产生机理及血流动力学改变的进一步认识
