目的对本实验室参加2013-2014年CITIC(China International Transfusion Infection Control)血液成分细菌检测室间质量评价结果进行总结分析,以提高血液成分微生物检测能力。方法按本实验室血液标本常规检测方法、人员、仪器、试剂对CITIC质评样本进行接收、储存、检测,上报检测结果并对反馈结果进行分析。根据本试剂组反馈结果的检出时间均值(x珋)、标准差(SD),以x珋作为参考结果计算本室阳性样本检出时间标准差指数(SDI)。结果本实验室所有质评标本检测结果与参考结果一致。本室阳性标本检出时间1个样本︱SDI︱>3,3个样本2≤︱SDI︱≤3,其他结果均<2,且无趋势性偏移。结论参加CITIC血液成分细菌检测室间质量评价有助于规范检测过程,提高检测能力;监控血液成分细菌检测系统的准确性。
Objective To summarize and analyze the results of laboratory quality assessment of blood components in CITIC (China International Transfusion Infection Control) during 2013-2014 to improve the ability of blood components to detect microorganisms. Methods According to the routine testing methods, personnel, instruments and reagents of blood samples in our laboratory, the CITIC quality evaluation samples were received, stored, tested and reported, and the results of feedback were analyzed. According to the mean value of detection time (x 珋) and standard deviation (SD) of the feedback results of this reagent group, calculate the standard deviation index (SDI) of positive samples detected in this laboratory based on the results of x 珋. Results The results of all the quality evaluation samples in this laboratory are consistent with the reference results. Positive samples detected in this room a sample ︱ SDI︱> 3,3 samples 2 ≤ ︱ SDI︱≤3, the other results were <2, and no trend offset. Conclusion Participation in CITIC blood component bacterial detection of inter-laboratory quality evaluation helps to standardize the testing process and improve the detection ability; to monitor the accuracy of the blood component bacterial detection system.
