由裸鼠异种接种成功,并经4次传代的两份不同来源的人乳癌组织中分离培养出两株在体外能长期传代培养的人乳癌细胞系.分别命名这两株细胞系为:BICR-y-9601和BI-CR-y-9602.核型分析表明,所有的染色体均为人染色体.BICR-y-9601细胞的染色体数为亚二倍体,其中63%的细胞染色体数在44~5O之间,其中染色体为48条的细胞最多.BICR-y-9602细胞的染色体数为亚三倍体,80%的细胞具有50~58条染色体.该两株细胞表现出不同的生物学特性,其中BICR-y-9601细胞主要为半贴壁生长的圆球型细胞,其倍增时间为25小时.BICR-y-9602细胞为贴壁生长的多形性的细胞,其倍增时间为30小时.同时,我们用FACS分析了这两株细胞所处的细胞周期的情况.扫描电镜结果显示这两
After successful xenotransplantation in nude mice, human breast cancer cell lines that can be subcultured in vitro for two long periods were isolated and cultured from two different sources of human breast cancer tissue after four passages. The two cell lines were named as: BICR- Y-9601 and BI-CR-y-9602. Karyotype analysis showed that all chromosomes are human chromosomes. The number of chromosomes in BICR-y-9601 cells is hypodiploid, and 63% of the cells have chromosome numbers between 44 and 5O. Among them, the number of chromosomes is 48. The chromosome number of BICR-y-9602 cells is hypo-triploid, and 80% of cells have 50 to 58 chromosomes. The two cells exhibit different biological characteristics. Among them, BICR-y-9601 cells are mainly spherical cells with semi-adherent growth, and their doubling time is 25 hours.
