Enterprises are the source of creating social wealth and the basis for improving the overall national strength. Corporate cadres are one of the decisive factors for the survival and development of enterprises in market competition, and they are the most active and creative productivity factors. In recent years, the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have attached great importance to the cadres of enterprise in the system reform and economic development.
