高职院校学生就业价值取向误区及教育对策的思考

近几年教育观念的倾斜日趋明显,使大学生特别是高职院校的学生对就业的看法以及价值观逐步走向了自我意识强烈、对工作期望值过高等误区。那么究竟是哪些因素致使高职院校学生形成了这种价值观,以及怎样去进一步改善并落实教育对策,怎样扭转高职院校学生的就业价值取向则成了重中之重。本篇文章通过研究高职院校学生就业观的现状,深究其发展过程、形成原因及应对策略,应对策略则侧重于社会环境以及思想教育方面。

In recent years, the inclination of educational concepts has become increasingly evident. Students’ attitudes toward employment and values ​​toward students, especially those in higher vocational colleges, have gradually shifted to the areas of strong self-awareness and high expectation of work. So what factors led to the formation of such values ​​for students in higher vocational colleges, and how to further improve and implement education strategies, and how to reverse the employment value orientation of students in higher vocational colleges has become the most important. By studying the status quo of students’ employment in higher vocational colleges, this article explores its development process, causes and countermeasures, and its coping strategies focus on social environment and ideological education.
