2002年《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》[1]颁布以来,新改、扩等存在职业病危害因素的项目逐步依据《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》GBZ/T196-2007[2]标准执行,对保劳动者健康及其相关权益,促进经济发展起了重大作用。然而,在实际工作中建设项目职业病危害评价工作,形式多样、种类复杂,在此提出有关问题与同行们探讨,以利《导则》[2]更加合理地得到应用。
Since the promulgation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases in 2002, the project of new occupational hazards has been gradually implemented according to the Technical Guidelines for Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects, GBZ / T196-2007 [2] , Has played a significant role in protecting the health of workers and their related rights and interests and promoting economic development. However, in practical work, the evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects is diverse in form and complexity. Therefore, it is suggested that relevant issues should be discussed with colleagues in order to facilitate the application of Guide [2] more rationally.
