随着构建现代职业教育体系的进程不断加快,越来越多的高等职业院校与行业龙头企业联合,探索并实施了适合区域社会发展需求、校企深度融合的混合所有制办学模式。本文以黑龙江农业工程职业学院为例,分析了目前高职院校混合所有制办学存在的问题,介绍了该校在混合所有制办学方面取得的经验,提出了推动职业院校混合所有制办学发展的一些建议。
As the process of building a modern vocational education system continues to accelerate, more and more higher vocational colleges join forces with leading enterprises in the industry to explore and implement a mixed ownership schooling model that suits the needs of regional social development and the depth of integration of school with enterprises. This paper takes Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering College as an example to analyze the existing problems of the mixed ownership system in vocational colleges at home and abroad, introduces the experience of the university in the mixed ownership system and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of the mixed ownership system in vocational colleges .
