收治资料完整的急性弥漫性脑肿胀54例，根据受伤机制、昏迷史、神经体征，并详细分析CT扫描征象，结合文献，讨论了急性弥漫性脑肿胀的分类和发病机制，总结了初步治疗经验。
According to the injury mechanism, coma history and neurological signs, 54 cases of complete diffuse brain swelling were treated. The CT scan signs were analyzed in detail. The classification and pathogenesis of acute diffuse brain swelling were discussed in combination with the literature. The initial treatment experience was summarized .
