桐油是一种不饱和酸的甘油脂,含有饱和脂酸4%、油酸5%、亚麻油1%、桐酸90%。桐酸毒性较大,误食后由于桐油直接刺激胃肠道,可引起急性胃肠炎的症状。由于桐油产于我国各地,其色、味与一般常用的食用植物油近似,如管理不当,极易误食引起中毒。下面报告一起桐油中毒。一、发病情况:1980年8月18日,我院驻地一社员家误用约6两桐油炸虾、炸肉、炒芹菜、藕、豆制品等。进餐时均未发现菜味异常及不适感。饭后40分钟后,所有进餐
