文楊字12號 1962年6月4日一年来,我市食堂卫生和預防食物中毒工作,由于各級领导上的重視和广大群众的支持,取得了很大成績。自1955年以来,各街普遍建立了卫生保健站,进一步掌握了食物中毒情况,加强了預防工作,防止了一些中毒事件的发生,这对維护群众身体健康,支援生产建设起了积极作用。但在另一方面我市食物中毒情况仍时有发生。为了进一步加强食堂卫生管理,主动防预中毒事故,根据已有經驗,并結合当前情况,特制訂“天津市食堂卫生管理暂行办法”(草案),希所屬各单位遵照試行。
