几何量计量测试仪器技术,一般指用于长度、角度、几何形状、相互位置和表面光洁度的计量测试仪器与技术。近年来,我国几何量计量测试仪器技术取得了一系列重大成果,如激光光波比长仪,激光量块干涉仪,光电圆分度检查仪,齿轮整体误差测量仪等。但是,从面上,特别是从工业生产计量测试仪器和技术来看,仍然十分落后,远远不能适应我国四个现代化的要求。因此,了解国外发展情况以为借鉴是有好处的。
Geometry Metrology Instrument Technology generally refers to metrology instruments and techniques for length, angle, geometry, mutual position, and surface finish. In recent years, China has achieved a series of great achievements in the measurement of geometric quantity measuring instruments, such as the laser optical length ratio meter, the laser mass interferometer, the optical circular indexing tester and the gear overall error measuring instrument. However, from the surface, especially from the point of view of industrial measurement and measurement instruments and technologies, it is still far behind and far from being able to meet the requirements of the four modernizations in our country. Therefore, it is beneficial to understand the development in other countries for reference.
