对“十一五”时期建设运营的兵团小城镇供水、排水工程进行现场调研,发现原设计在技术标准的选择上对新疆兵团小城镇的特点把握不够。经过分析,提出宜采用《镇(乡)村给水工程技术规程》、《镇(乡)村排水工程技术规程》中的技术标准对兵团小城镇进行供排水工程设计,并对兵团小城镇污水处理工艺的选择提出了建议。
